Use your own PowerPoint templates for the report export
In addition to the standard 2ask PowerPoint templates, you have the option of creating your own PowerPoint templates and using them for the report export. For example, you can generate presentations in your company's corporate design.
The easiest way is to download and customise one of the 2ask PowerPoint templates. To do this, log in to your user account and navigate to :
Library → Files → 2ask → Report PowerPoint Templates.
Three templates in different aspect ratios are available there.
Alternatively, you can also customise an existing PowerPoint template for use with 2ask. To do this, the slides must be specifically named in the master slide set so that they can be correctly assigned by 2ask. The slide names that can be moved and how they are used are listed below:
- 2ask_element (for chart description and image elements in the report)
- 2ask_element_without_content_top (like 2ask_element, but optimised if no 'text on top' has been defined)
- 2ask_element_without_content_bottom (like 2ask_element, but optimised if no 'text at bottom' has been specified)
- 2ask_element_content_only (like 2ask_element, but optimised if only content such as charts or tables are to be displayed)
- 2ask_cover_page (for the cover page in the report)
- 2ask_cover_page_logo_only (for the cover page in the report, but only with a logo)
The names in bold above must be present in the master slide set. The other slide names are optional. Placeholder texts can be used within the slides, which are then replaced by the actual content. Possible placeholders are
