Here you have the possibility to view the type of your active plan and the validity period of the contract (#-1).

Using the link "Cancel plan" (#-2) you have the possibility to cancel the active plan.

Cancel plan

For the cancellation it is necessary to confirm the deletion of all answers & results, the deletion of all contacts & contact lists and the stop of all active surveys (#-1).
The next possible cancellation date will also be shown to you.

The cancellation is completed by clicking on "Cancel now" (#-2). Subsequently, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the plan on the date shown.
